I’m on a mission to empower your wellbeing…
Like many health professionals, my journey into nutrition began with my own health crisis. At 32, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune condition that my doctor said had no cure and no known cause—“just one of those things.” I was told to accept a lifetime of medication, but that wasn’t the future I envisioned for myself.
I specialise particularly in detoxification protocols and parasite cleanses, with extensive knowledge in heavy metal detoxification and addressing yeast overgrowth - conditions that often lie at the root of many health challenges.

1. Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes)
In person / online / phone call - whatever suits you
We start with an in-depth conversation about your health history, current challenges, goals, and daily routine. Together, we’ll explore not just what you eat but how you live – your sleep patterns, stress levels, movement, and more. If you have recent blood work, I’ll review it carefully to gain deeper insight into your health markers. If not, I can recommend relevant tests that will help guide our approach.
2. Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan
After our consultation, I’ll design a tailored plan with practical recommendations for your diet, supplements (if needed), lifestyle adjustments, and achievable steps to help you move toward your health goals. Your blood work results will be factored into this plan so we can work with your body’s unique needs.
3. Monthly Follow-Ups
Lasting change happens with consistent support. Each month (or more often if you feel this is what you need), we’ll check in to review your progress, make adjustments to your plan, and address any new challenges. We may revisit your blood work periodically to track improvements and fine-tune your recommendations. These sessions are a chance to celebrate wins, troubleshoot obstacles, and keep you feeling motivated and on track.
